There are specific things that you should & should not do or say!
Example: If you tell the Seller's or the "Buyer's" salesperson that you are planning to remodel a part of the house such as the bathroom and your inspector finds a problem there, you will not get a reduction in the sales price because the seller has been informed that you were planning to make improvements anyway.
